Design begins with curiosity.

A curiosity about people, places, cultures and the little things that often go unnoticed. Spaces that are layered, expressive, sometimes unexpected, but always thoughtful in their details.

What we design and build

All services

  • Architecture

Buildings and townships with a point of view, from hotel facades to a 144-residence community.

  • Interior design

Residences, restaurants, cafés, offices and salons, each with an identity of its own.

  • Space planning

Layouts and zones that make a space feel the way it should.

  • Turnkey projects

One studio from first sketch to handover.

One point of view, many different stories.

From hotels and lounges to homes, cafés and offices, every project begins with a different story, and we never repeat a design.

We create experiences, and run a few of our own.

Our café and themed rental homes bring our ideas to life, giving us firsthand insight into designing places people love to visit and stay in.
